We’ve had a day now to reflect on the game, the power outage, the “no-call”, and of course the spots. As predicted, the auto maker ad presence was huge in this year’s Super Bowl and it looks like their investment will pay off big time. Super Bowl XLVII was the third most-watched program in U.S. TV history.
The third most-shared spot from this year’s game is a car ad: Ram Truck’s “So God Made A Farmer.” The fourth and fifth most-shared spots are – you guessed it – also car ads, from Jeep and Volkswagen respectively.
