Who would have thought that among Toyota’s lineup, Prius would be highest in customer loyalty? It was a shocker to me, but according to JD Power, it’s a fact.   See how the rest of the models shake out on this graph because #2 was the second shocker.

It just goes to show you that you never know what you don’t know until you find out.
