With the U.S. Postal Service continuing to lose massive amounts of money the following article projects what we could be looking at when the new postal rates become effective in 2014.  With that said, in my opinion, even with an increase in rates – direct mail still shows incredible return on investment for car dealers who send mail out for sales and service customers.
