It is an understatement to say Black Friday has become one of, if not the largest commercial-filled weekends. Normally we adhere to a strict color palate for each franchise, but for Black Friday it just made sense to give the viewer as close to black-and-white as possible, and in more ways than one. From the opening fade-up through the merchandising the stark colors jumped off the screen, bold and readable. What made this even more effective was the writer’s decision to give a menu of 7 merchandising offers and each one was highly legible. For our client, the reality was black and white equaling green!
