Everybody’s heard the song “Money Money Money.”  And no, I’m not going to sing it to you.

But the equivalent of it at your dealership today is spelled “Traffic Traffic Traffic.”

A recent study out shows that consumers have gone in the last five years from visiting five dealerships before making a purchase, to now they visit less than two.

Walk-in traffic has shrunk.  The share of market for walk-in traffic has shrunk.  The next thing we’re going to talk about is how to get your share, to make more than your fair share of walk-in traffic to your store.
